Onshape bietet Dashboards für eine Vielzahl von Informationskategorien.

Each user has access to all of the dashboards available to the enterprise, as long as they have been granted access to the Access analytics Global permission by the Enterprise administrator.

To access Analytics, from the Documents page, click the Analytics icon () on the left side Document panel:

Select a dashboard from the major list, or through one of the filters on the left.

When viewing in a browser, be aware the back end of Analytics is run by Amazon Quick Sight.

If changes are made to any dashboard (filters are edited or customizations made), these changes can be saved to a new dashboard. see Save a dashboard for more information.

The left side navigation panel filters are:

  • My analytics () - Displays dashboards that you have saved and dashboards that have been shared with you. Edit a dashboard by using the dashboard filter controls, and save this new dashboard to My analytics if you have the appropriate permissions.

  • Recently opened (Filtersymbol „Zuletzt geöffnet“) - Lists dashboards most recently opened by you.

  • Created by me (Filtersymbol „Von mir erstellt“) - Lists dashboards you have created yourself regardless of owner.

  • Shared with me (Filtersymbol „Mit mir geteilt“) - Lists dashboards shared with you explicitly by another Onshape user.

  • Scheduled reports () - Lists all scheduled reports for saved dashboards.

  • All () - Groups dashboards by the following Analytics folders. Clicking the All filter displays a table of all dashboards by Name, Description, Access, and Created by columns.

The left-side navigation panel remains open when viewing dashboards. This makes it easier to switch between dashboards.
