Resource dashboards provide information on daily and detailed document and modeling activity.

If changes are made to any dashboard (filters are edited or customizations made), these changes can be saved to a new dashboard. see Save a dashboard for more information.

Click Analytics () from the Document panel on the left. Then click the Resource filter in the Analytics Navigation panel:

Default Resource dashboards

  • Document activity - Displays the time spent by users modeling in a document for a given time frame.

  • Modeling activity - Displays an overview of the most active projects, documents, and users in a given time frame.

This dashboard contains a single table visual that displays the time spent by users modeling in a document for a given time frame.

Filter controls

  • Project - Project name

  • Path - Document folder path

  • Document - Document name

  • Document type - Document or Publication

  • User - User email address

  • Activity date - Date, date range, or period of time in which to search for document activity

  • Document ID - Document ID value

  • User ID - User ID value

  • Start version - Document's start version.

  • End version - Document's end version

    • Using Start and End version filters allow you to view modeling time between specific versions of the same document.

Visual columns

  • Path - Document folder path
  • Document - Document name
  • User - User name
  • Email - User email address
  • Activity date - Date in which the modeling activity took place
  • Modeling time (hours) - Amount of time, in hours, the user spent modeling in the document

This dashboard displays an overview of the most active projects, documents, and users in a given time frame.

Visuals

  • Project activity - Table visual displaying the number of Active users and Modeling time in hours per project. The (No Project) row contains information for all documents not in a project.
  • Project activity trend - Vertical bar chart visual displaying the amount of Modeling time in hours (y axis) by Date (x axis), per project
  • Active documents - Pie chart visual displaying the percentage of time spent modeling for each active document
  • Document activity trend - Vertical bar chart visual displaying the amount of Modeling time in hours (y axis) by Date (x axis), per document
  • Most active users - Pie chart visual displaying the percentage of time each user has spent modeling
  • User activity trend - Vertical bar chart visual displaying the amount of Modeling time in hours (y axis) by Date (x axis), per user.
