Displays subscription settings, where you can view, edit, update, or cancel your subscription.

To navigate to your Subscriptions settings in Onshape, click on your Account user icon (Account user icon) in the top right corner of your Onshape window. This opens a dropdown menu. Click My account.

Click Subscriptions in the list on the left side of the page. This brings you to your Onshape Subscriptions settings. The information you see on this page depends on your plan type and user role:

You may belong to one or many Professional subscriptions, per email address. You can have one set of Onshape credentials per email address.

Professional subscriptions are considered company subscriptions but are appropriate for any professional user, within a company or on their own. Professional subscriptions are billed per user, and include all features of Onshape including private documents, Release Management, Custom properties, company-wide material libraries, consolidated billing, and company-based sharing.

On the Subscriptions page, you may see the following information:

  • Onshape - The list of companies/classrooms/enterprises to which you are subscribed. These are listed in a table, with plan type, company/classroom/enterprise name, and user role columns from left to right.
  • Users - The number of users available under your plan. If you are the owner or an admin of the company, see Managing Your Onshape Professional Company Account.
  • Plan/Payment details - Displays your plan or payment details:
    • Subscription type
    • Credit card information
    • Subscription status
  • Applications - View a list of applications to which you or the company have subscribed. These are listed in a table, with plan type, Application name, and user role in columns from left to right.
  • Customer support email link - Contact customer support via the supplied email link.

Notes

  • Only Professional, Educator, Enterprise, and Enterprise EDU plans have different user roles. Free and Standard plan owners are the Administrators for their own plan.

  • Administrators are the same as Owners for all plans; however, Owners can view billing information.

  • Free and Standard owners can manage Applications from the My Account - Applications page. Owners of Professional, Educator, Enterprise, and Enterprise EDU plans can manage the number of seats in an Application. See the Company/Classroom/Enterprise Settings - Applications page.

  • Owners of Professional, Educator, Enterprise, and Enterprise EDU plans can manage Application seat assignments in their User settings.
