Action items dashboards summarize the comments and tasks for a specific user, and a summary for all users in an enterprise, in a specified time frame.
If changes are made to any dashboard (filters are edited or customizations made), these changes can be saved to a new dashboard. see Save a dashboard for more information.

Click Analytics (
) from the Document panel on the left. Then click the Action items filter in the Analytics Navigation panel:
Default Action Items dashboards
- Action items - Lists of all comments and general tasks assigned to the user.
- Action items summary - A summary of all the comments and general tasks assigned in the enterprise.
This dashboard contains a single table visual that lists all comments and general tasks.
Filter controls
- Created - Date, date range, or period of time in which to search for action items
- Created by - Email address of user who created the action item
- Assignee - Email of the user to which the action item is assigned
- State - State of the action item; Open, Complete, Discarded
- Type - Action item type; Comment or General
- Due -Whether the action is due; Yes or No.
- Project - Project name
- Team - Team name

- Assignee - Email of the user to which the action item is assigned.
- Name - Action item Name
- Description - Brief action item description
- Type - Action item type; General or Comment.
- Created date - Date the action item was created
- Created by - Name of the user who created the action item
- Due date - Date the action item is due to be completed
- Resolved date - Date the action item was resolved

- Priority - Importance of the action item
A list of all comments and general tasks in the enterprise during the last 365 days.

Visuals
- Tasks - Count visual displaying number of outstanding tasks
- Open - Count visual displaying number of tasks with the Open state
- Completed - Count visual displaying number of tasks in the Completed state
- Overdue - Count visual displaying number of tasks in the Overdue state
- Workload - Horizontal bar chart visual displaying assignee names (y axis) by workload percentage (x axis)
- Contributors - Table visual displaying assignees and their respective Complete and Open task counts
- Overdue items - Table visual displaying overdue tasks, including Name, Description, Due date, and Assignee
- Upcoming - Table visual displaying upcoming tasks, including Assignee, Name, Due date, and Workload percentage.
