線性複製排列
Replicate selected parts, faces, or features and arrange them in a row or grid pattern. Create new parts or modify existing parts by adding or removing material, or intersecting parts in its path. For information on creating circular patterns, see Circular Pattern. Linear pattern may also be used during an active sheet metal operation.
The Linear pattern feature replicates parts, features, or faces in a Part Studio along a linear path. This video shows how to pattern the tabs, slot, and Fillet features to create additional instances. Select the Linear pattern feature from the feature toolbar. Next, choose Feature pattern as the pattern type.
Select "reapply features" to regenerate the feature for each instance, instead of simply recreating the initial pattern instance. Select the feature to pattern from the Features list or from the graphics area. In this case, select multiple features to pattern the tabs, slots, and fillets. Next, select the Direction field and specify the Direction to pattern. Select a face or plane to pattern in the normal direction of the selected reference, or select an edge or linear sketch element to pattern along its direction. Adjust the distance between instances, and set the Instance count to 2. The Instance count includes the original seed feature. Reverse the pattern direction with the opposite direction arrow. Click the checkmark button to accept the linear pattern feature.
Add more cuts to the spindle. The first cut is centered, and more instances are required on either side. Select the Linear pattern feature and select Face pattern as the pattern type. Select all 3 faces of the cut to pattern. Next, select the right face of the sliding jaw to pattern normal to that face, and adjust the distance between instances. Adjust the Instance count as well. Check Centered to add an equal amount of instances to the left and right of the original faces. Add more instances by setting the Instance count to 18.
A red appearance is applied to the extra tooling body part near the jaw plate. Use this tooling body to remove geometry from the jaw plate and create a grip pattern. Select the Linear pattern feature utilizing the Part pattern option. Remove material by selecting the Remove option. Select the tooling body part as the Entity to pattern, select an edge for the Direction, change the Distance, and adjust the Instance count.
Check Skip instances to skip specific pattern instances. This can be helpful when encountering conflicting geometry or when specific instances should be excluded from the pattern. Onshape displays a selection point outlined in gray for each instance. You can skip an instance by selecting its respective selection point or using a box selection to select multiple instances to skip. The selection points of skipped instances are displayed with a red outline. Finally, specify the Merge scope of the pattern, or the part from which material is removed. In this case, specify the jaw plate.
A hole has been created to attach the jaw plate to the sliding jaw. To create more instances of the hole, select the Linear pattern feature and choose the Feature pattern type. Start by creating a pattern across the plate from left to right. Choose the hole to pattern, and select a linear edge in that direction. Set the Distance, Instance count, and reverse the direction using the opposite direction arrow. Check reapply features and skip the middle instance of the hole.
Another row of holes is required. Check Second direction, choose an edge from top to bottom, and input the Distance and Instance count. Use the Linear pattern feature to create several instances of features, faces, or parts parallel to a linear edge or normal to a planar face.

- With focus on the Entities to pattern field, select entities to replicate into a pattern.
When selecting Faces to pattern, the Create Selection can be useful to select related faces.
- Set focus in the Direction field, and then select an edge or face of the part or a Mate connector (implicit or explicit) along which to place the replicated pattern entities.

- Use Centered to make the seed instance/face/feature as the center of the pattern.
In this case, the instance count is N instances from the seed (inclusive of the seed) in one direction and N instances from the seed (inclusive of the seed) in the other direction. With N being the number you enter in the Instance count field in the dialog:

- Check the Skip instances option to specify instances of the pattern to skip:
- Click the instance's selection handle to add it to the list of instances to skip. The Skip instances list displays two numbers to indicate the instance: the first is the position from 0 in the first direction, and the second value is the position from 0 in the second direction.
- Click the X next to the instance in the list to add it back to the Part Studio.
- Click CLEAR to remove all instances from the Instances to skip list.

In the following example, the initial extrude was Up to next (bringing the extrude up to the face of the surface). Without Reapply features selected, the features patterned (extrude and fillet) are patterned from the initial features and not regenerated (so the Up to next does not update for each instance of the pattern):
Pattern a specific feature (or features) listed in the Feature list (an extrude, fillet, sweep, sketch, etc) with Reapply features selected. This is available for sheet metal.

- When selecting a face, edge, or Mate connector (implicit or explicit) to set the Direction, use the Directional arrows to flip the result if necessary.
- When you select a face, edge , or Mate connector (implicit or explicit) for the Direction, you are using the direction that is 'normal to' the face, edge, or Mate connector.

In a sketch, the seed sketch dimensions and constraints to the origin or default plane will not be reapplied. You can use this behavior to scope which dimensions or constraints are reapplied within a pattern:

- If Mate connectors are Part patterned in a Part Studio, they will all be added to the Assembly when the Part Studio is inserted. If you don't see your Mate connectors when the Part Studio is inserted into the Assembly, make sure the Part is listed as the Mate connector owner entity.
