The Onshape sheet metal forms library content is created by Onshape, kept in documents within Onshape, and maintained by Onshape. There is never any risk of this content disappearing or not working from one release to another. We have integrated a time-saving process in this workflow to simplify the insertion of forms.

Sheet metal forms
Supported sheet metal form content includes:

Bridge lance - Variables are Length, Width, Height, and Angle, and Radius control (Double thickness, Thickness, Half thickness, and Custom). If Custom is selected, additional Internal radius and External radius values can be entered.

Circle emboss - Variables are Diameter, Height, Angle, and Radius control (Double thickness, Thickness, Half thickness, and Custom). If Custom is selected, additional Internal radius and External radius values can be entered.

Circle extrusion - Variables are Diameter, Depth, and Radius.

Circle knockout - Variable is Diameter.

Countersink - Variables are Clearance hole and Angle.

Lance - Variables are Profile (Flat or Straight), Length of flat, Width, Height, Angle, and Radius control (Double thickness, Thickness, Half thickness, and Custom). If Custom is selected, additional Internal radius and External radius values can be entered.

Louver - Variables are Height, Length, Width, and Radius control (Double thickness, Thickness, Half thickness, and Custom). If Custom is selected, an additional Radius value can be entered.

Slot emboss - Variables are Length, Length to Slot centers/Slot tangents, Width, Height, Angle, and Radius control (Double thickness, Thickness, Half thickness, and Custom). If Custom is selected, additional Internal radius and External radius values can be entered.
