FeatureScript Co-complete is an Onshape Lab that uses AI to contextually suggest and complete FeatureScript code as you develop custom features in a Feature Studio.

  1. Enable Onshape Labs in your account preferences.

  2. Open a Feature Studio in Onshape, and click to toggle on the Co-complete option, if necessary.

    If the toggle is unavailable, enable Onshape Labs in your account preferences first.

  3. Begin typing your FeatureScript code. AI contextually suggests code as you type.
    • To accept a suggestion, press Enter
    • To reject a suggestion, continue typing or press Esc.

When FeatureScript co-complete is checked in your account preferences, all new Feature Studio sessions have the Co-complete option toggled on.

When FeatureScript co-complete is unchecked in your account preferences, all new Feature Studio sessions have the Co-complete option toggled off.

To change this setting:

  1. Click your user icon (Symbol „Kontobenutzer“) in the top right corner of the Onshape window, and select My account.

  2. Click Preferences in the left side bar, and scroll to the Onshape Labs section.

  3. Check the box to enable Onshape Labs if not already enabled.

  4. Check the FeatureScript co-complete box to have all new Feature Studio sessions begin with Co-complete toggled on.
