Onshape alerts you when your browser encounters an error. See below for tips on resolving the issue.
413 or 431 error message
To resolve the 413 or 431 error message, clear your browser's cache.
Chrome
- Click the three-dot Tools button in the Chrome browser.
- Click History > History.
- In the left bar, click Clear browsing data.
- Click the Time range dropdown, then click All time.
- Click Clear data.
Edge
- In the Edge browser, click the three-dots Settings and more button.
- Click History.
- In the History dialog, click the three-dots More options button.
- Click Clear browsing data.
- Click the Time range dropdown, and then click All time.
- Click Clear now.
Firefox
- In the Firefox browser, click the hamburger menu button.
- Click History.
- Click Clear recent history.
- Click Time range to clear, and then click Everything.
- Click Clear Now.
Opera
- In the sidebar, click History.
- Click Clear Browsing Data.
- Click the Time range dropdown, then click All time.
- Click Clear data.
Safari (Mac OS)
- Click Safari > Settings.
- Click Privacy.
- Click Manage Website Data.
- Click Remove All.
Safari (iOS)
- Click Settings > Safari.
- Click Clear History and Website Data.
